The DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship is now open to apply for all the interesting and eligible Filipino Students for the academic year 2026-2027, DOST recently made an announcement on opening of the Online Application.
DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Overview
The Scholarship is now open to apply for the Academic year 2026 for all the eligible students who are pursuing education in the list of priority courses given by the DOST, Helps to support educational assistance to the science and technology that can drie the country toward national Progress.
Scholarship Requirements
You need to follow the requirements to apply for the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship:
- Must be a Natural-Born Filipino Citizen
- Must be a Good Moral Character and in Good Health
- Graduating Grade 12 male and female students in SY 2025-2026
- STEM Strand: All Students belonging to the STEM Class
- Non-STEM Strand: Must be in the top 5% of the NON-STEM graduating class
- Graduate of Grade 12 Before SY 2025-2026 and did not enroll in college yet:
- STEM Strand: All students belonging to the STEM class
- Non-STEM Strand: Must be in the top 5% of the Non-STEM graduating Class
- May have taken the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Examination but did not qualify for the scholarship, or may have qualified for the DOST-SEI undergraduate Scholarship but didn’t avail of the award, OR have not taken any DOST-SEI Scholarship Examination.
- They must not have earned any Post-Secondary (College or Vocational units).

Note: One actual economy class round trip fare per academic year form the permanent residence of the scholar to the place of study outside his/her home province/region and vice-versa. (Reimbursement shall be made at the start and end of academic year only)

- Form E1 – Applicant who is Grade 12 Graduating/Graduated student in the STEM strand – Download
- Form E2 – Application who is Grade 12 Graduating/Graduated student in the Non-STEM strand and belongs to the upper 5% of the Non-STEM Class – Download
- Form E3 – Applicant who is attending homeschool – Download
- Form E4 – Applicant who is under the Alternative Learning System – Download
- Form F – Certificate of Residency – Download
- Form G – Parent’s Certification – Download
- Applicant has no pending immigration application to another country
- Form H – DOST-SEI Scholarship Examination/Award – Download
- Form I – Applicant’s Certification of no Post-Secondary units – Download
- Form J – Signed Declaration of Applicant and the Parent/Legal Guardian – Download
- Applicant’s recent Picture, Passport size (4.5cm x 3.5 cm or 1.8 inches x 1.4 inches)
- Applicant’s Birth Certificate:
- Proof of income:
- Notarized Affidavit of Guardianship
- Must be submitted if the applicant is being supported by a guardian other than the parents.
- Must also be submitted if Forms G, H, I, and J will be signed by a person identified as NOT the applicant’s parent/spouse.
- Marriage Certificate:
- Must be submitted if the applicant is married.
- If the applicant is not married, DO NOT upload parent’s marriage certificate.
