The CHED Estatistikolar Scholarship 2026 is now open to apply for all the eligible and interesting Filipino College Students for academic Year 2026-2027, Recently the CHED announced the opening of CHED Online Application.
Scholarship Program is open for underprivileged and homeless citizens, Person with disabilities, solo parents and their dependents and indigenous peoples.
Eligibility Requirements
To Apply for CHED Scholarship for future statisticians must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of a Senior High school in the Philippines with a minimum GWA of 85% or its equivalent;
- For second- to fourth-year college students, a minimum GWA of 80% or its equivalent; and
- Total combined annual gross income of parents or legal guardians should not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP500,000.00)
Documentary Requirements
To apply Scholarship program must submit the following documents:
- Accomplished Application Form;
- Copy of Birth certificate issued by National Statistics Office (NSO) or Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA);
- For senior high school graduate, a certified true copy of the Form 138 [Learnerโs Progress Report card or School Form 9 (SF9)] duly signed by the registrar or an authorized representative of the senior high school attended;
- For second- to fourth-year college students, a certified true copy of Grades from last semester attended;
- Submit any 1 of the Following Document:
- Latestย Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or legal guardian;
- Certificateย of Tax Exemption/Non-Filer issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);
- Certifiedย true copy of latest contract or proof of income for children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and Seafarers;
- Socialย Case Study Report issued by the City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (C/MSWDO);
Other Documents if Required
- Applicantโs PWD ID issued by C/MSWDO or Certification of Disability issued by the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO);
- Soloย Parent ID of applicant or his/her parent issued by C/MSWDO;
- Applicantโs Senior Citizen ID issued by C/MSWDO;
- Certificationย issued by Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) or C/MSWDO to Underprivileged and Homeless family;
- Socialย Case Study Report issued by C/MSWDO covered under Magna Carta for the Poor and/or First-Generation Students;
- Certificationย issued by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) to the Indigenous People.
- Notarized Certificate of Guardianship issued by the legal guardian of the student applicant, if applicable.

Benefits Per Semester
Total of โฑ40,000 Benefits given under SUCs/LUCs Per Semester as follows:
- Tuition and Other School Fees – Free
- Stipend – โฑ35,000
- Book/Connectivity Allowance – โฑ5,000
Benefits under Private HEIs
Benefits Per Academic year
Total of โฑ120,000 Benefits given under Private HEIs Per Academic year given as follows:
- Tuition and Other School Fees – โฑ40,000
- Stipend – โฑ70,000
- Book/Connectivity Allowance – โฑ10,000
Benefits Per Semester
Total of โฑ60,000 Benefits given under Private HEIs Per Semester given as follows:
- Tuition and Other School Fees – โฑ20,000
- Stipend – โฑ35,000
- Book/Connectivity Allowance – โฑ5,000

- The Online Application to apply CHED Scholarship for Future Statisticians is now ongoing and open to apply.
- The Online Application deadline to apply is on July 31, 2026
