DOST JLSS Scholarship Program Provide Scholarship opportunities for talented and deserving college students who are pursuing in degree Programs in science and technology.

What is DOST JLSS Scholarship?
The DOST JLSS (Junior Level Science Scholarship) is a program offered by the Department of Science and technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) in the Philippines.
It provides financial support to it’s talented and deserving College Students who Pursuing degrees in Science and technology (S&T) Fields to ensure skilled professionals in these areas for National Development.
There are 3 Scholarships offered under DOST JLSS Scholarship Program as given Below:
- DOST-SEI Merit Scholarship,
- RA 7687 and
- RA 10612
Requirements to Apply
To Apply For the DOST JLSS Scholarship Program you need to follow the Requirements as given:
- Must be Natural-Born Filipino Citizen.
- Must be regular second year college students enrolled in any DOST-SEI Priority (S&T) Courses.
- Must have a GWA – General Weighted Average of at-least 83% or it’s equivalent and without failing marks form the first semester.
- Must be Good in Moral Character and in Good Health.
- Total Family income must not exceed the Set Cut-of Values.

Scholarship Benefits
Here are the list of Benefits under the Scholarship Program:
- Tuition and other school fees – ₱40,000.00 / year,
- Learning Materials + Connectivity Allowance – ₱10,000.00 / year,
- Monthly Living Allowance – ₱7,000.00 / month,
- Transportation Allowance – 1 economy-class roundtrip fare,
- Group Health and Accident Insurance Premium,
- Thesis Allowance – ₱10,000.00 and
- Graduation Allowance – ₱1,000.00
Summer Allowance
- Tuition and other school fees – ₱10,000.00,
- Learning Materials and/or Connectivity Allowance – ₱2,000.00 and
- Monthly Living Allowance – ₱7,000.00 for 2 months

- Form G1 is for the Merit and Ra 7687 program.
- Form G2 is specifically for the Ra 10612 program (the teaching track).

- The Starting of DOST JLSS Scholarship Online Application Period is on April 17, 2026,
- The Deadline of the Application is on May 15, 202.
- Qualifying Examination Date for DOST JLSS Scholarship is on June 28, 2026.
