The CHED Medical Scholarship Program is now accepting Online Application for Future Medial Technologists and Pharmacists for the Year 2025 to 2026 for Continuing Students and for incoming Students for Ay 2025 to 2026.
What is CHED Medical Scholarship Program?
The CHED Medical Scholarship Program is a Financial Assistance given to the students who Pursuing in field on Medial Degrees, aims to reduce financial burden and Educational Expenses.
The Scholarship Program is open for college students who pursuing in the field of Medicine in state universities and colleges. those who qualify for the Medical Scholarship Program must be willing to join the Return service Program as well.
Total Number of Slots to apply – 500 Slots
Requirements to Apply
Following are the list of Requirements to Apply Scholarship Program:
- Must be a Filipino Citizen
- They must be in a Senior High School Graduate form the STEM Stand or
- Students in the Higher year levels of Medical Technology
- Must be a Pharmacy Programs with a GWA- General Average Weighted of 80% or it’s equivalent.
- For the Incoming Students (Passed the entrance examination and complied with other related requirements for admissions)
- Bachelor Degree Program in the Identified Participating PHEIs or SUCs where the scholar are intends to enroll.
- Without any failed subjects.
- Annual Family gross income which doesn’t exceed PHP400,000.00.

Documentary Requirements
Find the list of Valid Documentary to apply Medical Scholarship program:
- Birth Certificate – Copy
- True copy of Grade 12 Report Card – For Graduating
- True Copy of the latest semester if you are continuing student.
- Latest income Tax Return of Family (Parents/Guardian)
- BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption
- Non-Filling of ITR with certificate of low income or certification of indigency form their Barangay.
- Caste Study report form city Municipal Social Welfare and Development office.
- Other Documents if Required.
Benefits under CHED Medical Scholarship
Here are the list of CHED Medical Scholarship Program:
Tuition and Other School Fees
- For SUCs – Actual TOSF subsidy Provided (Paid directly to the SUC)
- For PHEIs – Actual TOSF Subsidy Provided (Paid directly to the PHEI) but not more than PHP100,000.00 per semester.
Subsidy and Allowances
As per Academic Year:
Scholar will receive a total of PHP177,000.00 as a subsidy and Allowance per Year given as follows:
- ₱26,000.00 – Book Allowance.
- ₱7,000.00 – Clothing Allowance.
- ₱12,000.00 – Miscellaneous Allowance (Including Connectivity Allowance).
- ₱60,000.00 ( ₱5,000 x 12Months) – Living Subsidy.
- ₱60,000.00 ( ₱5,000 x 12Months) – Lodging Allowance.
- ₱12,000.00 – Transportation Allowance.
As Per Semester
Scholar will receive a total of PHP88,500.00 as a subsidy and Allowance per Year given as follows:
- ₱13,000.00 – Book Allowance.
- ₱3,500.00 – Clothing Allowance.
- ₱6,000.00 – Miscellaneous Allowance.
- ₱30,000.00 (₱5,000 x 6Months) – Living Subsidy.
- ₱30,000.00 (₱5,000 x 6Months) – Lodging Allowance.
- ₱6,000.00 (1,000.00 x 6Months) – Transportation Allowance.
Internship Program Benefits
Internship Program 5th year Medicine shall be given directly to the Scholars or through the SUC or PHEI by concerned CHEDRO:
Benefits As per Academic Year
Scholar will receive a total of PHP148,000.00 as a financial Assistance per Year given as follows:
- ₱60,000.00 (₱5,000 x 12 Months) – Living Subsidy.
- ₱60,000.00 (₱5,000 x 12 Months) – Lodging Allowance.
- ₱12,000.00 (₱1,000 x 12 Months) – Transportation Allowance.
- ₱16,000.00 – For Application Fees, One-Time Board licensure Examination Review.
Benefits as Per Semester
Scholar will receive a total of PHP66,000.00 as a financial Assistance per Semester given as follows:
- ₱30,000.00 (₱5,000 x 6 Months) – For Living Subsidy.
- ₱30,000.00 (₱5,000 x 6 Months) – For Lodging Allowance.
- ₱6,000.00 (₱1,000.00 x 6 Months) – For Transportation Allowance.
