Requirements to Apply

- Must be a resident of the Philippines.
- Must be a full time student at one of the Participating institutions as follows:
- Mapua Institute of Technology
- University of the Philippines
- Must be in College of Education, College of Engineering and College of Arts and letters.
- Must have a GPA of at lease “B” or Equivalent in the previous School year.
- No individual Grades below “C+” or Equivalent.
- Must submit a Complete Scholarship application and agree to the Program’s terms and conditions.
