What is BPI Foundation Pagpupugay Scholarship?
The BPI Foundation Scholarship program is created by the BPI Foundation to support families of Medical Front liners in the Philippines for Those who were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, helps to support for members or relatives of medical front-liners or passed away due to the Covid-19 virus while on duty.
Benefits of Scholarship program
Here are the list of BPI Foundation Pagpupugay Scholarship:
- Scholars will receive a grant of PHP100,000.00 every year, to help pay Tuition and Other School Fees.
- The Financial assistance shall only pay for School Expenses.
- Monthly living Allowance and
- Learning Assistance Allowance.
Requirements to apply
You should have a following requirements to apply for the Scholarship Program:
- Applicant must be a close relative, and a medical Front-liner who:
- Contracted Covid-19 or
- Passed away due to COVID-19 in the line of duty.
- Must be an incoming or Current college Student
- From 1st year to 4th or 5th year.
- They must be enrolled in one of the BPI Foundation’s Partners Schools.
- General Weighted Average (GWA) of 85% or to its equivalent.

Documentary Requirements to apply for the Scholarship
To Apply for BPI Foundation Medical Scholarship you need to have a valid Documents as Follows:
- Fully Accomplished Application Form.
- Accomplished Data Privacy Form:
- If the Medical Frontliner is still alive:
- Affidavit to endorsement and of no objection
- If the Medical front-liner is deceased
- Affidavit of Endorsement and of no Objection [Next of Kin]
- All the letter must be duly signed by the authorized representative.
- Some other important Documents:
- A letter form the healthcare where the front-liner worked, By confirming their role in field.
- Recent report card or transcript of records to verify the academic standing.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character which is issued by the applicant’s school.
- Latest income certificate (ITR) of the applicant’s guardians or parents.
- Proof of admission slip to one of the BPI Foundation Partner Schools.
- Make sure that all the documents are clear and complete with required documents.
