SM Scholarship requirement to apply
Here are the requirements for the SM Scholarship Program:
- They must be Grade 12 graduates from public and private schools in the areas covered.
- Applicants from private schools must have a DepEd voucher and
- Must be Grade 10 finishers form Public high Schools.
- They must have a general weighted average grade of at-least 92% or it’s equivalent for Grade 12-1st semester.
- The applicant’s family income must not exceed PHP150,000 annually.

- They must be planning to enroll in a bachelor’s degree program in specific fields like:
- Business, Accountancy, Business Administration.

To Apply for the SM Scholarship Program, you need to prepare and submit the following documentary requirements:
- Latest Grade 12 report card
- Accomplished SM Application Form (Complete the application form available on the SM Foundation Website)
- Birth Certificate (A Photocopy of Your PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority)-issued Birth Certificate.
- 2 copies of recent 2×2 ID pictures and Sketch to your residence to the nearest SM Mail.
- Latest income Tax Return (ITR) of your parents or guardians.
- Recent pay-slips of parents or guardians.
