Financial Grant up to PHP40,000 per academic year for expenses including purchase of a Computer, Books and Supplies, Transportation, and board.
Benefits for Private TVls and HEls:
Here are the benefits for Private TVls and HEls to students who are enrolled in private HEls and TVls (Sections 23 and 24. IRR of RA 10931):
- Benefits up to PHP 20,000 per Year.
- For Tuition and Other School Fees.
- Benefits up to PHP 40,000 per year for education related expenses:

Eligibility Criteria to apply TES Subsidy
To apply for the TES-Tertiary Education Subsidy Under UniFAST, applicants must meet eligibility criteria. Below are the list if requirements:
- Must be a Filipino Citizen.
- Must have a high school Education or equivalent qualification.
