  • Free Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees for eligible students in SUCs and LUCs.
  • Financial Benefits to cover educational expenses:
    • Books, Supplies and living allowance for Students in Private HEls.
  • Up to PHP 60,000 annually for students in private institutions.
  • Additional allowance for students who need assistance with boarding, transportation or those studying away from home.

Financial Grant up to PHP40,000 per academic year for expenses including purchase of a Computer, Books and Supplies, Transportation, and board.

Here are the benefits for Private TVls and HEls to students who are enrolled in private HEls and TVls (Sections 23 and 24. IRR of RA 10931):

  • Benefits up to PHP 20,000 per Year.
    • For Tuition and Other School Fees.
  • Benefits up to PHP 40,000 per year for education related expenses:
    • Including rental or purchase of computer, books and supplies, transportation and boarding expenses.
