DOST Scholarship Requirements

DOST Scholarship Requirements are as follows:

  • Graduating Grade 12 Male and Female Students in the Year 2023 to 2024.
    • STEM STRAND : All Students Belonging to the STEM Class.
    • NON-STEM STARD : Must be in the top 5% of the Graduating Class.
  • Graduate of Grade 12 Before the Year 2023 – 2024
    • Those who didnt enroll in College Yet.
    • STEM STRAND : All Students Belonging to the STEM Class.
    • NON-STEM STARD : Must be in the top 5% of the Graduating Class.
  • Graduate of High School before the K-12 Program,
    • Must belong to the Top 5% of the Graduating Class.
  • Natural Born Filipino Citizen,
  • Those who are with Good Moral Character and with Good Health,
  • He or She must have taken the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Examination but
    • Didnt Qualify for the Scholarship or May qualified for the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarhsip.
  • Must not have earned any post Secondary – College or Vocational Units.

DOST Scholarship Benefits 2024

DOST Scholarship Benefits as follows:

  • Actual fees up to ₱40,000.00 /AY,
  • Learning Materials and/or Connectivity Allowance – ₱10,000.00 /AY,
  • Monthly Living Allowance – ₱7,000.00 / month,
  • Clothing Allowance – ₱1,000 – 1st Sem of 1st Year only,
  • Transportation Allowance – 1 economy-class roundtrip fare – for those studying outside of home province,
  • Group Accident and Health  Insurance – Premium,
  • Thesis Allowance – ₱10,000.00,
  • Graduation Allowance – ₱1,000.00,

MID-Year Term 1 Allowance – If Required in the Curriculum

  • Tuition and Other School Fees –  up to ₱10,000.00,
  • Learning Materials or Connectivity Allowance – ₱2,000.00,
  • Monthly Living Allowance – ₱7,000.00,

DOST Scholarship Documents Requirements

Here are the list of DOST Scholarship Documents Requirements as follows:

  • Good Moral Character Certificate,
  • Good Health Certificate,
  • Principals Certification:
    • He or She who is Grade 12 Graduating or Graduated Students in the STEM Strand.
    • He or She who is Grade 12 Graduating or Graduated Student in NON-STEM Strand and Belongs to the Upper 5% of the Class.
    • Who are Attending HomeSchool,
    • Who is under the Alternative Learning System,
    • He or She who Graduate in High School Before the K-12 Program and belongs to the Upper 5% of the Graduating Class.
    • Residency Certificate,
    • Certification of Parent’s – With no Pending immigration application to another country,
    • DOST-SEI Scholarship Examination or Award,
    • Applicant’s Certification of no Post – Secondary Units.
    • With Signed Declaration of those who are applying or Parent or Legal Guardian.
