BARMM MEDICAL SCHOLARSHIP OPEN NOW TO APPLY

The Ministry of Health (MOH) Through (HHRMDO) Health Human Resource Management & Development Office Is Now open and Accepting Scholarship Applicants for Bangsamora Medical Scholarship Program. Scholarship for Medicine and Midwifery Courses for AY 2022 – 2023

Further, The MOH-BARMM is Here by Directed to comply with the Guidelines Detailed in Administrative Order NO : 000264 s. 2021 entitled “Guidelines for the Implementation of (BMSP) Bangsamoro Medical Scholarship Programs”.

Note: Read this Post to the end carefully to get to know about The Application Process, Eligibility, Scholarship Program Requirements and Application Form.

Relatively, The MOH-BARMM Shall Grant the accepted Qualified Scholars a package that Includes with:

1. Tuition Fees,
2. Laboratory,
3. Miscellaneous &
4. School Related Fees

Which Shall be Paid Directly to the Partner School.

• Subsidy and allowance Per Semester which shall be given Directly to the Scholar Refer List Below:

• During Post-Graduate Internship/5th Year in Medicine, Medical scholars shall only receive Monthly Allowance of PHP – 5,000.00

Moreover, For Screening and Selection, the following Procedures are Hereby Observed:

1. The Partner Schools Shall screen the applicants based on their academic and admission Guidelines Refer Below :

• Once accepted by the school. The Students shall secure a Copy of Notice of Admission/Letter of Acceptance from the Partner School. The School Shall Submit To MOH BARMM the List of Pre – Qualified Applicants for Further Evaluation and Validation.
• The Students shall Completely Comply the Requirements and Submit to MOH – BARMM for Screening and Evaluation of Documents Refer List Below:

Note: The Dead Line of Application Is on Before July 22, 2022. Late Application shall Not be Accommodated.

Requirements and Documents to Be Submitted for BMSP Medicine Course:

1. Duly Accomplished MOH Scholarship Program Application form (1 Original Signed Copy)
2. Photocopies of the Following
3. 1 Copy of
4. Birth Certificate.
5. Barangay Certificate (Proof of Residency).
6. Certification form School / or Barangay (Good Moral Character).
7. Medical Certificate Indicating you are Physically and Mentally fit with Laboratory Result (CBC & Urinalysis). HBsAg Result,
8. BIR Annual Filling of TAX of Both Parents or Guardians or BIR Tax Exemption Certificate .
9. Report Card / Transcript of Record (TOR).
10. Certificate / Letter of Eligibility of the Scholar from the Partner School.
11. Affidavit of No Existing Scholarship Grants.
12. Drug Test Result
13. Copy of National Medical Admission Test (NMAT Result)

Requirements and Documents to Be Submitted for BMSP Midwifery Course:

1. Duly Accomplished MOH Scholarship Program Application From (1 Original Signed Copy).
2. Photocopies of the Following List:
3. Birth certificate
4. Barangay Certificate (Proof of Residency).
5. Certification form School / or Barangay (Good Moral Character).
6. Medical Certificate Indicating you are Physically and Mentally fit with Laboratory Result (CBC & Urinalysis). HBsAg Result, & Chest Xray.
7. BIR Annual Filling of TAX of Both Parents or Guardians or BIR Tax Exemption Certificate .
8. Report Card / Transcript of Record (TOR).
9. Certificate / Letter of Eligibility of the Scholar from the Partner School.
10. Affidavit of No Existing Scholarship Grants.
11. Certificate of Indigency.

4.The Scholarship term shall conduct 2^nd Screening of the applications based on the selection Criteria set by the MOH-BARMM.

5.Due to limited Number of Slots, Priorities shall be given to :

• (HRHDP) Human Resource for Health Deployment Program allied Health Professionals Who want to pursue Medical Doctor.
• Children/Dependents of BARMM Government Employees, Barangay Health Workers, Traditional Birth attendants and families of MILF Combatants.
• Not Recipient of any Scholarship Program.

6.The Final List of the Accepted Scholars shall be posted once determined. The MOH-BARMM Scholarship Coordinator Shall inform the Qualified Scholars regarding their Acceptance.

 7. The Partner Schools shall submit the list of Enrolled Qualified scholars to MOH-BARMM in Order to Confirm the Scholarship Grants.
